2009, ‘Year of Staycation’, was the theme for Ember Inns & Taverns summer campaign across its 185 houses. Highly stylised illustrations capture the essence and mood of a great British summer; lazy weekends and long summer evenings, providing an impactful creative platform for each tactical food and drink promotion. The Ember brand is positioned as ‘hero’ and ‘host’ to a great summer – despite the recession!
